MSNBC is reporting that Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI) is voting "yes" on health care reform, citing "sources."
Up Date: Stupak tweets that: "I'm still a no. There is no deal yet. Its a work in progress. Maybe we'll get there today."
Up Date: Stupak agrees to vote yes.
